On Friday 13th December we will taking part in Jolly Jumper Day, this is a national fundraising event for Tenovus Cancer Care.
This is a Welsh charity that provides support and treatment to people with cancer and their loved ones, closer to home in unique ways. Working closely with supporters, volunteers and staff the organisation managed to raise £9.57 million last year. This went towards research, launching news services and expanding others; helping over 6,500 people affected. This is a great opportunity for us to generate both money and awareness for an incredible cause.
We will be undertaking a variety of different activities at DTR Medical across the day in aid of this event. Everyone will be wearing a festive Jumper, and a sweepstake will also be carried out in order try and increase our overall total accumulated.
